Beyond the Event: One-Week Remote Contributions
The journey doesn't end at 5 PM! To help you finalize your work and solidify your learning, the sprint continues with a one-week remote contribution period. Your mentors will be available to provide support as you complete your contributions and officially become an open-source developer.

DevSprint is a one-day mentor-guided sprint where participants collaborate on real-world open-source projects. You’ll get hands-on experience, work with maintainers, and make actual contributions to projects used by people worldwide.
No! DevSprint is beginner-friendly. Basic programming knowledge is enough, and mentors will guide you through the contribution process.
Not at all! Anyone interested in tech, open source, documentation, or community building is welcome. Many projects also need writers, testers, and designers.
Yes, please bring your laptop, charger, and any accessories you need for development. A good internet connection will be provided at the venue.
No worries! DevSprint includes a one-week remote contribution period. You can continue working on your project with guidance from mentors even after the in-person event.
